Shipping FAQ

1. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to Metropolitan areas is R80, and to Outlying areas is R150.
However, if you are in a metropolitan area, you will get free shipping for any orders over R400. If you're in an outlying area, you will get R80 off your shipping costs.

2. What is the difference between a Metropolitan Area and Outlying Areas?
Metropolitan areas are Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, eMalahleni, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Kimberley, Ladysmith, Mbombela, Polokwane, Potchefstroom and Welkom. 

Anywhere else is an outlying area.

3. What courier company do you use?
We use the Courier Guy. Once you have the tracking number, please go here to track your parcel.

4. Can I come pick up my order?
Yes, by all means. We are in the West Rand in Jo'burg, near Clearwater Mall. Choose the local pick up option when you check out your cart, and we will coordinate pick up times with you.

5. How long will it take to get my parcel?
If you are in Johannesburg, you can expect to get your parcel in 2 - 3 working days. For other metropolitan areas, expect a waiting time of 4 - 5 working days. For outlying areas, you should get your lovely soaps in 5 - 6 working days.

6. Will you send a tracking number?
Yes. We will send you a tracking number with your shipping confirmation.

7. Do you ship outside of South Africa?
Yes, but things get a bit complicated with shipping and customs. Please drop me an email and I'm sure we can work something out.
